Our focus at AFR is very small and defined- We WARN PEOPLE ABOUT CPS, 

-and we try to help people learn how to Defend Themselves against CPS.

We only know ONE THING, and that is our GOSPEL about "Getting the TRUTH ON THE RECORD" by filing your Sworn Declaration ON THE RECORD.

Many lawyers do NOT approve of this method. But we are unaware of many lawyers who are winning anything in these God-forsaken family courts of NO Due Process.

Needless to say, we know NOTHING about SUING CPS or it's agents.   

So there's little reason to even ask us.

We know nothing about beating CPS with Legal Strategies- if there even is such a thing.

If you JUST GOTTA sue them, either pile up $100,000 and hire a GOOD LAWYER  -OR-  

-at the very least, lay out the $250 for the course and possibly LEARN HOW.

Our premise of GETTING THE TRUTH ON THE RECORD was developed by Will and Pamela Gaston in the godless Police State of Oregon in the late 1990's.

That strategy isn't about "winning" in family court-- it's about making the Record for APPEAL to a higher court where some actual LAW applies.

If there is any strategy for "winning" in family court, that would be in making it obvious to the "judge" that you will win on APPEAL to a real court.
